It was also appreciated by the critics. In the three sequels, she reprised the character. She reached new heights of popularity after playing a major character in Friends, a popular sitcom. The actress received numerous nominations and awards for her performance. The series which was hugely successful aired for 10 years. Recent work includes an appearance in the drama film Mothers and Daughters. The film won her the TV Guide Award as a result of her portrayal as a character in Friends. In addition, the Golden Derby Award was also given to her for her role in Cougartown.
