Canadian screen actress most well-known as Bo Dennis from Lost Girl. In 2019, she started starring on CBSs Blood & Treasure. Other credits include 2006's Earthstorm and 2005s The Perfect Neighbor. Silk was born in Fredericton New Brunswick, Canada. Silk is the daughter of Peter Silk a professor and Ilkay, an actor director instructor of playwrights and producers, as well as Director of the Drama department at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Annas the first memory of her were going to performances of her plays, and watching her mother at work. Silk played a role as a youngster in many commercials. She graduated with a Bachelor's in Arts in 1997 from St. Thomas University in 1997. The early stage work included at least two productions with Theatre St. Thomas: Seven Menus and The Kitchen.. She got married to Seth Cooperman in 2009. Samuel as well as Levi are their sons. In 2009, she landed as the main character in Lost Girl. CNN named Bo's portrayal with Lauren as Lauren in Lost Girl as a same-sex couple as one of their top television couples of all time.
