Arike Ogunbowale

Arike Ogunbowale (born 2nd April 1985) is an American professional basket ball player. She is part of the Dallas Wings and the Women's National Basketball Association. She played for Notre Dame Fighting Irish in the college level before being selected as the 5th overall pick by the Wings during the 2019 WNBA draft. Arike Ogunbowale was born the 2nd of March in 1997 in Milwaukee Wisconsin to parents Yolanda and Gregory Ogunbowale. Mario Ogunbowale is her 26-year-old brother. Dare Ogunbowale, 20 years older. Ogunbowale was a participant at the 2013 FIBA Americas U16 Championship 2014 FIBA U17 World Championship and 2013 FIBA 3x3 U18 Championship where she won gold medals. On July 7 2014 she was selected to the 2014 USA Youth Olympic Women's Basketball Team. Ogunbowale was also named to the ACC All-Freshman Team following her debut year as a collegiate player.
